Our mission is to change the mortgage industry one advisor at a time.

Advisors Mortgage Services was borne out of the disconnect between the mortgage industry and financial advisors. Mortgage originators are focused on a single transaction and are rarely afforded a glimpse into their clients’ current and long term financial goals. Financial advisors understand their clients’ long term goals and manage their assets accordingly. Historically, they have had no suitable products to help manage their clients’ debt.

AMS wants to bridge this divide by bringing the fiduciary standard into the mortgage transaction.

After long discussions with peers in the mortgage and advisory communities, as well as lenders, attorneys, FMO’s, RIA’s, and FDIC institutions, it became clear the best path for homeowners is to have their mortgages fully integrated into their holistic financial plans by the same individual. That way, they can begin planning with a purpose versus deciding based solely on mortgage suitability guidelines. Just because a family qualifies for a home per the written guidelines, does not mean the terms of loan fit into their holistic financial plan or their long-term retirement goals.

AMS is a service company with a focus on the Fiduciary Financial Advisory community with the specific purposes to train, educate, market, and support financial advisors on how to integrate mortgages as an asset class into their existing financial practices.
